Return & Refund Policy

At Kerygma Goods, each item is created and fulfilled with care to support our mission of spreading truth, beauty, and the Catholic faith through meaningful products.

Because many of our products are made-to-order or fulfilled through third-party publishing and printing partners, please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.


Returns & Refund Eligibility

Print-on-Demand Products

The following products are generally made-to-order and printed specifically for each customer:

  • apparel,
  • stickers,
  • mugs,
  • and select home goods or accessories.

Because these items are custom-produced upon purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • ordering the wrong size,
  • buyer’s remorse,
  • color variation,
  • accidental orders,
  • or preference changes.

Please review sizing charts, product descriptions, and order details carefully before checkout.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged,
  • defective,
  • misprinted,
  • or incorrect,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • your order number,
  • clear photos of the item,
  • and photos of the packaging if applicable.

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • a replacement,
  • store credit,
  • or a refund at our discretion.

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not include sufficient documentation or fall outside the reporting window.


Books

Books sold through Kerygma Goods may be:

  • drop shipped directly from distributors or publishers,
  • printed-on-demand,
  • or fulfilled by third-party partners.

Because of publisher and distributor restrictions, books are generally non-returnable except in cases where:

  • the wrong item was sent,
  • the book arrives damaged,
  • or the item contains a manufacturing defect.

If there is an issue with your book order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Approved claims may qualify for:

  • replacement,
  • store credit,
  • or refund depending on distributor policies and product availability.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • refunds will be issued to the original payment method,
  • and processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Kerygma Goods or our fulfillment partners.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Kerygma Goods is not responsible for:

  • lost packages marked as delivered,
  • stolen packages,
  • or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please:

  1. check with neighbors or household members,
  2. contact the carrier directly,
  3. and then contact us if additional assistance is needed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many items begin processing shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee order cancellations or modifications once an order is placed.

Sale Items

All sale, clearance, discounted, or promotional items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Chargebacks & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refunds, replacements, or future service in cases involving:

  • policy abuse,
  • excessive refund requests,
  • fraudulent claims,
  • or chargeback misuse.
