Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.
During high-volume seasons, holidays, new product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to select countries.
International customers are responsible for:
- customs duties,
- import taxes,
- VAT,
- brokerage fees,
- or other charges imposed by their local government.
Kerygma Goods is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier disruptions.
If an international package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered:
- we cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed,
- shipping delays may occur,
- and additional shipping charges may apply.
Kerygma Goods is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s control.
Kerygma Goods is not liable for:
- lost packages marked as delivered,
- stolen packages,
- carrier delays,
- weather disruptions,
- or shipping issues outside our control.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly first using your tracking number. If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we will do our best to help file a claim.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number,
- photos of the packaging,
- and photos of the damaged item(s).
We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items
Some items may be made-to-order or offered as pre-orders.
Estimated production and shipping timelines will be noted on the product page when applicable.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your shipment may be delayed until all items are ready unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to:
- limit shipping destinations,
- refuse shipments,
- or cancel orders flagged for fraud prevention or policy violations.
